Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to accept returns within 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

· The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
· The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
· The item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition.

Please note: Discounted items are not eligible for return.

Apparel: All original tags must still be attached. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may transfer, and avoid wearing jewelry that could catch or tear the fabric.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact us at customercare@optinips.com so we can help resolve the issue.

OPTINIPS reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please email us at customercare@optinips.com for assistance with the return process. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and if possible, a photo.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@optinips.com for assistance. OPTINIPS adheres to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, so return slips are not included in shipments.

Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you must create an OPTINIPS account to request and manage a return. Alternatively, you may contact customercare@optinips.com for assistance.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and coordinating the return with their local post office.

Follow these steps to initiate a return authorization:

1. Log in to your OPTINIPS account and go to your “Order History”.
2. Request a return authorization (RA) by emailing customercare@optinips.com.
3. Return instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
4. Follow the instructions and coordinate the return with your local postal service.

Please ship returns using your local standard shipping service and insure the package with a tracking number for added safety.

Exchanges

OPTINIPS does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved through quality inspection, OPTINIPS will issue a refund to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent upon processing. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time to update your account.

Please note: Taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges for overseas orders are non-refundable, including for refunded or exchanged items.

Frequent Returns

We maintain a lenient return policy to ensure a convenient shopping experience. If you frequently encounter sizing issues or are unsatisfied with merchandise, please contact our Customer Care team.

Note that frequent returns from the same account may be flagged in our system. If we determine the return policy is being misused, we may take action such as account suspension or cancellation of future orders.

OPTINIPS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the original shipping address.
